I would like to know about this point "Letter of request for permission for data collection from an authorized person at the research site: 4 copies" I didn’t get the permission letter but I prepared when I will go back for data collection. Please let me know it is absolutely need or not? Thanks

you will receive the letter of request for permission for data collection from the graduate faculty, Mahidol university first. Then you can take this letter to introduce to your setting. What IRB-NS needs is the letter from graduate study, Mahidol university first. When you go to your country, and receive the permission letter, you may scan to IRB-NS, or you can give it to us after you come back to Thailand.
