What IRB-NS needs is the letter from graduate study, Mahidol university first. When you go to your country, and receive the permission letter, you may scan to IRB-NS, or you can give it to us after you come back to Thailand.

I would like to know about this point "Letter of request for permission for data collection from an authorized person at the research site: 4 copies" I didn’t get the permission letter but I prepared when I will go back for data collection. Please let me know it is absolutely need or not? Thanks
