ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวมโดยยึดครอบครัวเป็นศูนย์กลาง ในทารก เด็กและวัยรุ่น ที่มีความเจ็บป่วยเฉียบพลันและเรื้อรัง ในระบบทางเดินอาหาร ระบบหายใจ ระบบหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ระบบโลหิตวิทยาและมะเร็ง ระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะ ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ ระบบประสาท ระบบผิวหนัง และผู้ป่วยเด็กที่ถูกจำกัดการเคลื่อนไหว นำกระบวนการพยาบาลมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ส่งเสริมผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวในการดูแลตนเองต่อเนื่องที่บ้าน โดยคำนึงถึงสิทธิของผู้ป่วยและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ

Practicing holistic family-centered care for infants, children, and adolescents with acute and chronic illnesses including gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, hematologic and malignant, urologic, endocrine, neurologic, and dermatologic disorders as well as for pediatric patients with immobilization. Utilizing nursing process in nursing practice and enhancing individuals’ and family’s ability in self-care and continuing care with concerns of patient’s rights and codes of professional conduct.
